The Republican campaign for the White House yesterday moved to Florida, where Rudy Giuliani squared off with front-runner John McCain in what’s become a political slugfest. Giuliani, who needs a victory in Florida on Jan. 29 to keep his campaign hopes alive, blasted McCain, fresh off a primary victory in South Carolina, for abandoning his own party and voting in the Senate against President Bush’s tax cuts.
I will take Rudy over McCain any day. McPain has had it easy so far. The lying MSM has treated him with kid gloves because they want him to be the very beatable candidate. The other candidates have been intimidated and have not called McPain on his voting record and backstabbing tactics. Giuliani will not be intimidated.
I don’t know if Rudy has enough time to pull it off for himself, but I hope he at least finally deep sixes McPain. I can vote with a clear conscience if our choice is Mitt, Fred, or Rudy
